    P/RR/S Diet Help..

    So here is what I'm looking to follow a bulking diet.

    Somewhere along the lines of this

    I'm not advertising..

    I think it actually looks pretty solid (which is odd - cause usually these things are crap). I have a few issues with the sugar pre-post workout and also the fact that the protein is WAAAYY too high for most people (unless you are already a solid little muscle-nugget of over 200 pounds) but if you tweaked those a little and set it to your requirements (based on your weight) then I don't think it would be too bad...
