    microwaved eggs

    Has anyone tried microwaved eggs? Does it deplete any of the nutrients or protien in them?

    I hard boil my eggs and then put them in a container and into the fridge. I microwave them when I'm ready to eat them.

    If you're talking about just cooking them in the microwave, why? Hardboiling them is not hard nor is it time consuming to warm up if you cook them in advance.

    I pretty much always use the microwave for eggs.
