    chicken fat

    hi everyone.
i have a big dude about the chicken fat.
    ´
my situation is this. My blood test said

    colestherol 240 mg

    HDL nl

    LDL low

    TG 10mg up than normal.

but in the last 3 weeks i have lost 2 kg. my wais size is minor, and my fat % is 21%.

SO THE ONLY PROBLEM THAT I SEE IS THAT I DRINK A LOT OF BEER /WEEK.
WHAT CAN I HOPE OR THINK.

    ANY IDEAS ABOUT.
    THANKS A LOT

I dont see where the chicken fat part fits in??????

But anyways you'll definetly want to cut out the beer because it can really mess you up when cutting, bulking, or just trying to maintain good health.

Yeah, chicken is mostly fat free. The alcohol promotes estrogen, though.

there is no worry about chicken fat if you dont eat the skin, and trim the fat off before cooking/eating it. its an incredibly good source of protein. and if you MUST have alcohol... lol id suggest learning to take shots, or mixed drinks (you could always invent your own too if you need to, hows a chocolate protein shake with vodka and orange juice sound?)

Ohhh, so you have to conform to everyone else. THAT is going to help you get in better shape than the average member of the population. Good ideology.

    I think: what's the point?

I'd rather drink a soda than non-alcoholic beer. And technically, I believe most non-alcoholic beers still have a small percentage of alcohol in them.
