    Martial Artist's Weight Proportions

I know most of you probably don't do martial arts, thats why im also on a martial arts forum.
    im 15.
    1 weigh 180 lbs.
    i am 6'2"
On Lat pulldown i typically do 100 pounds. same as on row pull.
I usualy do about 4 sets of 18 on each of those, i cant recall that well though.
i use 35 lb dummbells for benching.
i use 30lbs for each of my biceps.
dont do much bulking up of my abs, just situps, leg raises*, etc.
i have alot of leg muscle, so i usually only do martial arts excercises, jump squats, kicks, running, etc. for my legs, but i do use the leg curl machine, do about 3 sets with 50 lbs, about 18 reps each time.
    you get the idea.

my body fat percentage read about 10.5 % last time, but that was more than a year ago. anyway im pretty similar.

if it matters, my largest fat area is my leg area.

too bad i dont think u can target areas for fat loss.

is about 3000 calories of machine cardio workouts plus everything else i do in a day, sports, once a week extra jogging, 7 day per week working out, etc. plus a very high protien, kinda low fat diet right? i think ill try to take in about 1000 grams of protien a week as a usual minimum.
is any of that too much or too little?

What exactly do you need help with?(your post wasnt really a Q)?????

But from what I can see, you need more protein. 1000grams/week works out to around 140/day which is not enough. You need at least 1 gram/pound of bodyweight which would be about 180grams/day. Plus if your doing so much you might need more calories if you want to gain muscle.

I didnt quite undertsand the last par you wrote can you tell us how many cals and macros you eat in a day?

oh and for the person who said the balckbelt thing, im sure i said that u guys werent martial artists, and i forgot to state the martial arts related question. but there were questions. (Man, this site is spamful)
anyway fine ill increase the protien, and im just wondering if my routine with the cardio and all is too much fat loss, bad for muscle growth, etc.
