    Energy Drinks?

    I know that energy drinks arent that good for you, but if I occasionally had a low carb monster(10 cals) would it have a negative effect on muscle growth in any way?

    It does have Carnitine in it.

    no its not, they have a shitload of sodium in them tho....but dont worry, they are alright and nothing to be concerned about....id have one all the time but i hate drinks, water is a big snack for me, green to also.........................but i do like the ocasional monster diet also...

    Heck ya, I dont even drink them for the energy, I just drink one because it tastes so good.
