    My cutting diet comment.

    Ok people I Have around 9% to 10% bodyfat and i am 69 kg (1.70 height). I am really cut, although summer is approaching and I am willing to come as low as 6% . ( Last summer I was easily5%).

    Although this year I have more muscle therefore I have to be more careful.

    My training routine was around 2 hours ( slow training but heavy) but I had a good amount of carbohydrates before and after.

    Since I am reducing my carbohydrate intake in each meal, I am increasing my protein intake too. I am also reducing my 2 hours training routine to 1.25 hours . (10 -15 mins cardio only).

    Ok.....My cutting diet

    From 6:40 am to 14:30 I am pretty inactive.I just sit on an army desk just writing pieces of shit.

    6:40 -------> 35-60 gms Oats + 14 egg whites +fish oil+ multivitamin

    10:40 ------> Chicken Breast + 1 Cucumber + fish oil

    14:20 ------> 35-60 gms Oats/Barley with 14 egg Whites or 1+half Chicken breast + 2 flaxseed oils + Vitamin B Complex (HIGH ONE )

    Workout at 16:00

    18:20 -----> 35-60 gms Oats/Barley with 14 egg Whites + Multivitamin(I do not want HIgh Glycemic carbs even after work out)

    20:00 -----> 1 1/2 Chicken Breast or Tuna with bowl of veggies

    22:00 ----> 40 gm Cottage Cheese +4 egg whites + 2 fish oil

    22:20 Sleep

    I think that this is probably good isnt it?

    Will the large protein consumution lead to any downfall?
    I havent had any problems in the past with even higher consumption of protein but very much less carbs....like atkins.

    P.S I Drink 6-7 liters of water a day and swell like a pig eheh..

    Thanks

    You were at 5% bodyfat ? Don't you think you should be giving advice ? How many people on this board are at or have ever been at 5% ?

    well , i am finishing my Sport and Exercise Science Bsc in a year or so but hehe... :P

    I am curious with the results people had following the same diet.

    I am pretty well cut, with very good abs.But well , i am a perfectionist

    In my point of view I do not believe calories count (at an extent way). It 's how you balance carbos and proteins + type of exercise. Anyway, each person acts differently.

    What I am saying in my previous msg. I had 9 % bodyfat having 100-110 gm oats with 9 egg whites instead of 35-60 gms and 14-15 egg whites. Yes less glucose for me since carbos will be reduced. Although higher protein consumption will convert excess protein into glucose and very unlikely to become fat any point. Although this will give some more thermogenesis effects.

    what do you think?Like I said i am even reducing my training routine.

    Well, you know your body better than anyone else. Plus, you have a good handle on things. My only comment is, damn, that's a lot of egg whites in one day.

    throw in a ECA stack in your diet and HIIT cardio atleast 3times a week. Cut down
    on the egg whites. Seems like the 32 whites a day is a bit over kill. Try some protien
    powder instead of all of those eggs. For the 1040 meal I would at some more carbs
    to it. .5 cup of brown rice or something. You don't wan't to be draggin ass all day
    and have no energy for your workouts. Other wise looks pretty decent.
