    preworkout food when cutting

    What is your meal like?

    Would fish or proteine bar be OK?

    You shouldn't eat protein bars at all when cutting.

    It really depends on the timing...how soon after you eat are you going to workout.

    Glycerin and other sugar alcohols are bad! Try to add up the P/C/F in those bars, the missing 45-70 calories are glycerin at 4.3 cal/gram!

    When cutting, eat protein only before training. Going into a workout without carbs in your system will help to access stored bodyfat.
