    sweating

    i noticed when i eat a lot of high protein food and a binge on it i end up waking up in the middle of the night dripping with sweat, i get out of bed and walk around then go back in my bed and the sheets are soaked, and no i didnt wet my bed because usally i need to take a leak when i get up from the sweats. does anyone know what does this or have this same problem?
