    Thanks for all the info

I recently got back into lifting about 6 weeks ago. I was searching around and came upon this forum during my second week of lifting. After reading for hours and posting up some questions I realized I was doing everything wrong to accomplish my goals. I was 5' 11" 155lbs when I started 6 weeks ago. I started doing hammer strength machines, 9 sets for biceps, isolation and I wasn't even squatting. I was doing a cool leg machine. Ha how ridiculous. After reading I now follow mass building exercises. I bench, squat, deadlift and shoulder press. When I do my biceps I throw some plates on the 45 pound bar and do 3 sets. My diet was hideous before I got on this forum. I was eating a hearty 3 squares a day. I know eat about every 2 hours. I eat so much that I am never hungry. I just eat for fuel. I'm like an engine you could say. Food fuels me. I now weigh 167lbs. The most I have ever been. I am 23 btw. I live on my own so I do all my grocery shopping. My bench is up to 195lbs for 2 solid reps. I will surpass that soon. Well I could go on and on but you get the gist. Thanks to all. I posted this in the diet section because that is were I learned how to really eat.

My goal is 185. I hope to hit that by the 3rd week in July. Wouldn't that be awesome. 155 to 185. Wow.
