does anybody have any alternatives for what to mix in with tuna?- besides using Mayo - which has 10 grams of fat in one tbsp.

I like cottage cheese, throw in some relish with that and I'm in heaven. A soft cheese like fat free cream cheese mixed in can be good, gives it that tuna and mayo type texture (I think that would work. I use something in the UK called quark that is very similar, just cheaper).

Fry up a bell pepper in some olive oil sizzle sizzle
Throw in a can of tuna salt and pepper to taste
Then two or three big green olives sliced up.

I don't think you want to fry olive oil

you can strain plain yougurt n use it instead of mayo. just put a paper towel in a strainer add the yogurt n strain overnight. i just eat my tuna w spinach tho. i love canned spinach (but rinse it cuz it has added salt) dump it in a bowl n add the tuna and a squirt of lemon. tabasco is good too.

1 package of tuna, Green beans, 1Tbsp Lea & Perrins Steak Sauce and cottage cheese.

I do the plain yogurt thing too, with 3 slices of bread and butter pickles diced and a tspn of the juice.
