So I've been carb cycling since Dec and hit a plateau. This past week I started a new diet and doing cardio in the AM and lifting/cardio PM. I'm completely drained and have NO energy at all. I've only been averaging about 6hrs sleep too so that could be it too. I'm taking a multi 2x/day, glucosamine 2x/day, fish oil, extra vit C 2x/day, and I heard to add extra Calcium so I'll prob do that next week. Do I need to be taking anything else or is it just the joy of a competition diet that's pulling me down. I'm trying to do 40min in the morn but have only made about 20-25min because of lack of energy, any ideas?
I've heard about Lean System 7 and was going to add it in or just some ephedra, bad idea?
I actually got the diet online here, I think it's working and I get carbs everyday, I don't know what the deal it:
Meal 1: 1/2c oatmeal w/ cinnamin/frozen berries, 6 eggwhites
meal 2: turkey or fish, 1c green veggies (usu spin sal w/ carb options olive oil vinegrette dressing), 1/2c sweet potato w/cinnamin
meal 3: same as above
meal 4: turkey, fish, or chicken, 2c green veggies
Meal 5: 5 eggwhite omlette w/ onions and green peppers
5-7 liters of water a day
usually I have a Isopure protein shake in there somewhere and sometimes a diet vanilla pepsi. When I was carb cycling I had 6 meals a day but I think I usually didn't get to eat as much.
I'm 5'4" , 127lbs, 10.4% body fat about 3 weeks ago (pretty sure I'm the same since I just changed things up this week).
