Question about "Burn the Fat, Feed the Muscle" E-Book
Burn the Fat, Feed the Muscle (BFFM) is a 337 page fat burning success manual in e-book format jam-packed cover to cover with all the fat destroying methods previously known by only a small handful of the worlds best fitness models and bodybuilders.
Those of you that already have this, can you guys give your opinions about it? Is it worth the $39 dollars for an 18 year old like me who has 18% BF and i want to get it down to 8-12%. Does it have anything in the book about what kinds of foods to eat and how to maintain calories/fat/protein etc..
Yes it does. It is a great book. I bought it and found it pretty informative. A lot of the stuff I already new, or at least had a general idea about. The beauty of it is that it clears up a lot of misconceptions that you may have (if you choose to believe the book).
A lot of the content can be learned from this forum, the book is just much easier to read. At 18% body fat it will definitely help you to get lower.
I don't have it, but most people I know that do have it like it a lot and found it very useful.
Will it certainly 'get you a lower BF%' - no.
Will it tell you things you can not learn elsewhere - no.
Will it tell you exactly what you have to do to reach your goals - no.
But it a good read that can provide you with another source of information that you can use, along with other sources, to work out something that works for you...
