Does your body hit a weight platou?

Everyone seems to say the only way to reach your full potential is to use steroids. Well why cant we reach our full potential by eating 8,000 calories a day with 300 grams of protein?

I don't know the answer but 8000 calories a day and only 300 grams of protein? That would be a shit lot of carbs and fat

that's not true at all. you can reach your maximum genetic potential it just takes a long time.

there is a lot more to anabolism than just the caloric intake. you can hit a body weight plateau and not gain a body of LBM for months and or years even with a hypercaloric diet, that's just the way the body works. even when taking steroids the body gets to a point where the synthesis of muscle tissue stops. I'm sure this has something to with gene transcription.
I train differently than most, my beef is with gravity the weights on the bar are just the medium...Thanks to Wall Street your slice of the American Pie has been reduced to a crumb.
