by the way on the 10th my weight was 87.8kg 16% BF, this morning it was 85.3kg 15% BF, so thats 2.5kg in the first week, 5lbs! maybe 1-2lbs are fat? will the rest be muscle?or is most of that likely to be water and the fact that my stomach is a lot lighter (i can tell my waistline is much thinnner already), thanks
