    Young D's cutting diet 05

Meal 1 - 40g Whey Protein, 1 Cup of Oats

Meal 2 - 1 Can of Tuna, 1 WW Pitta Bread, 1 Apple

Meal 3 - (PreWO) 40g Whey Protein, 1 Cup of Oats*

    Meal 4 - PWO Shake - 40g whey isolate/40g maltodextrin and banana*

Meal 5 - 1 Grilled Chicken Breast, 1 Medium Sized Serving of Rice

Meal 6 - 1 Can of Tuna or Grilled Salmon and a Handful of Walnuts

Meal 7 - 200g Cottage cheese on 1 slice of WW bread, 20g of Whey

    * if doing morning cardio my pre-workout meal becomes meal 1 and meal 3 is taken out, if on a day off both pre/post WO shakes are taken out and replaced with a high protein meal

Okay thats my diet so far, just started cutting, this week has been stressful so I haven't given it as much time as I would have liked to, I know I NEED some vegetables in there! (will add some broccoli) i'll also some salad in there!

I'm also considering lo/high carb days, on a lo carb day i could take out the pitta and bread, what about the oats and rice? on a high carb day could i add in a couple of bowls of weetabix, maybe an extra bit of fruit, right?

    thanks for any advice

edit: sorry, my stats - 21 years old, height 6"2, weight 85.3kg, 15% BF (aiming for the 10% mark in about 6 weeks time)

by the way on the 10th my weight was 87.8kg 16% BF, this morning it was 85.3kg 15% BF, so thats 2.5kg in the first week, 5lbs! maybe 1-2lbs are fat? will the rest be muscle? or is most of that likely to be water and the fact that my stomach is a lot lighter (i can tell my waistline is much thinnner already), thanks

Do you have the stats/macros on your meals? I'm curious what the total calories, proteins/carbs/fats are.

yeah, cee and mono are a little different.... the bloat you get from mono is because not all of it is absorbed, and it stays outside of the muscle on the top of it basically, causing a little bloat after a little bit. the cee is mono with a ester attached, that ester causes it to be absorbed much more efficiently reducing the bloat to almost nothing.
