Hows my diet for my size??

    My First post:

I am looking for a link or advice on how many calories I need. I am 6'1" 230lbs. BF%?? 36-37 inch waist. Slight belly. I want to loose the belly down to like a 34 inch waist. Right now I eat:
    Meal 1:
2eggs and 2pieces of turkey bacon
ON Whey protein shake tbsp of peanut butter and skim milk

    Meal 2:
1/2 fist size of sliced turkey breast

    Meal 3: Depends:
Sandwich whole wheat bread (2), turkey breast, and Pepper jack cheese.
    or
    2 cans of tuna
    or
    Soup

    Meal 4:
    Two hand fulls of peanuts

    Work out

    Meal 5:
Steak/chicken breast/pork chop, veggie and salad
    or
Lean Ground beef tacos lettuce warp

    Meal 6:
After dinner: Protein shake (same as morning)

I know my diet is bad, I am just trying to cut calories and eat more healthy. I want to get into a good diet but I am learning. I have never really cared about eating good really until now. Please HELP.

Also Please RIP IN TO THIS you will NOT hurt my feelings!!

that doesn't look like to many calories at all, espcially for your size.

Best place to start is the sticky 'Guide to...'.

Like P-Funk said, dosent look like you are getting enough cals. Also you ned to spread the macros and cals evenly within your meals.
