    Farts are smelling AWFUL....

Ive just started fixing alot of shakes at home (Oats, Banana, Milk, Peanutbutter) and I eat alot of whole grain cereal. The problem is I no longer enjoy the smell of my own farts. Will this problem go down or do I just have to learn to "keep it in"?

Let it fly. I do. I fart in bed with my girlfriend then pull the sheets over her head and trap her. Dutch Oven.

You mean at some point in the past you did enjoy the smell!!!!!

Rework your protein intake to go with LBM and not total weight. You could be taking in too much protein. Also adjust the fats as per lbm and the rest of your cals from carbs.

Digestive enzymes helped me with that. I guess my digestive system can't break all that protein down.

I dont think you understand. I dont like the smell of them anymore. Its like a small baby crapped on my leg and his/her 87 year old grandma is wafting it up to my nose.

Im staying the hell away from bran. Ill let you know if that does the trick.
