    shrimp and garlic ravioli, angel hair pasta, bagels, cream of wheat instant cereal, ff popcorn, rice cakes, unsalted pretzels.

    - Nerds, Sour Patch Kids, Spree, Sweettarts, Jelly Beans
    - Rold Gold cheddar pretzels
    - pasta with low-fat tomato sauce
    - fat-free choclate milk
    - fat-free ice-cream
    - low-fat pizza
    - Gatorade
    - kid's cereal + skim milk

    Total cereal with skim, any wheat bread/bagels, popcorn, low fat ice cream bars and I love oatmeal pancakes so I up my regular dose

    What's with all the sugar ? And skim milk is low glycemic anyway..
