    Omega Juice dosage help

I've bought "OJ Omega Juice", and I'm not sure about the dosage.

    The bottle says:

"Each 5 ml (teaspoon) provides: EPA 900mg, DHA 600mg,
A minimum of 30% Omega 3 fatty acids"
"Recommended daily intake: One per day (5 ml)"

Now this is recommended for children too.

    I'm a male, 28 years old, 189cm (6'2''?), 80kg (176 pounds), how many 5 ml teaspoons should I take a day?

    thanks

6g of fish oils/day is sufficient for most adults, so 1 LARGE tsp should be adequate for you, despite your size... If you wanted to take 2 small tsp/day then that would be ok too...

    Thanks Emma-Leigh,

Should I keep it in the fridge? the bottle does not specify.

Also, is it more beneficial to take the daily dosage splitted in two (morning and afternoon), rather than one big one?

Yes, keep it in the fridge.

In terms of spliting the dose - I would try to if you can. So, something like 0.5 to 0.75 tps in the morning and 0.5 to 0.75 tsp in the evening.
