    salt substitute

    I will admit I love salt and i know its bad for you. I dont use it on alot of foods but when i do use it people tend to say im overdoing it. I am wondering is there a salt substitute thta isnt harfull to our bodies but still has that same taste?

    Like Jodi mentioned in other threads.. you need 2 grams salt daily.
    if you take in more than 2 ... I would suggest to go with Mrs. Dash
