    9am - MRP*
    12pm - MRP*
3pm - 1 cup basmati rice with chicken curry(2 pieces of chicken) (i'm pakistani )
7pm - 3 whites and 1 whole egg with 1 paratha (indian type of pita bread, much thinner and kinda diff... http://www.cuisinecuisine.com/Paratha.htm )
    10pm - MRP*

    * MET-RX protein meal replacement powder

    any comments or suggestions?

looks pretty low in cals. to many shakes for a diet IMO. Drop the cherrios asap!! put the eggs to meal 1 and eat some oats. no more bread. more protein from real food sources (not shakes). better choices of carbs.

    Oats + egg whites

Make your own shake. Grind oats+protein powder+natty pb. add water and shake vigoursly. Let it stand for a bit to soften the oats and drink. Whole food would be better than mrp's

The curry would hold the oil/fat. Go easy on it. If i remember, you are trying to loose, right?

The paratha will contain oil. Better to get your fats from good sources. Try tuna+yams/sweet potatotes+veggies

    Cottage cheese+walnuts.

If you really want this to work, you need to keep a close eye on the macros and cals and start counting them.

sweet potatos are great for you, and when your cutting or bulking. real food is a million times better, make your stomach work and use calories to digest that food your eating. and yes what aggies said, lots of veggies on cutting, celery and other tough vegetables would be very beneficial not only for nutrients and vitamins.
