How many calories ward of catabolism?
We should eat every 2.5 to 4 hours, to keep our metabolism going.
How many calories constitute a "meal?" For example, does a glass of natural orange juice ward off catabolism. Is a P/C/F always needed. Will one or two pieces of whote wheat bread keep cataboism at bay? What is the smallest amount of calories to count? Thank you, Hank |

I don't think you are going to get a defenite answer here. Everyone is different, everyone has different metablosims, body weights and levels of body fat. Therefore, everyone will require a different level of energy consumption. What you need to do is track how many calories and the amounts of macros you intake each day so that you can get a solid understanding of what your body is capable of taking in just to maintain what you have now. Then, when it is time to either gain (bulk up) or lose (diet down) you will know just what to do in terms of dropping or adding cals.
