id like to compile a list of great shake ideas because theyre so fast and easy to make (easy to take down, too). ive recently gotten into making liquid meals because theyre so convenient. let's hear all the great shake ideas you have!

vanilla protein powder with water and strawberries, add bananas ifon a bulk diet. also on a bulk replace water with skim milk
The only shake I down is a Oats, Banana, Peanutbutter, Milk shake. Im interested in hearing of some others because eating whole foods is a pain.
