    Dieting and Understanding Macronutrient Resources

Just wondering if any of you guys knew of good resources for learning and understanding dieting and macronutrients, etc. for newbies. It's not for me, but I am giving a health-related speech tomorrow and would like to close by passing out a list of resources for newbies to read up on.

    This includes books and websites.

    Thanks!

Either is fine, just resources I can put down on a piece of paper for them to check out for themselves. Credible sources would be better of course, but either way is acceptable.

I guess I just need resources with good info in not too technical terms, as this will be distributed to "newbies." Would appreciate any additions to this list -- my speech is in 2 hours.
