I'm about 6'1 190 lbs. and my BF is about 15%. I'm a junior in high school that plays football and i need any nutritional facts about beefing up and getting more slim. I some other workout plans also to increase more weight because I seem to only jump about 15 lbs. every six weeks in my workout maxes.

    Bench 220
    Squat 400
    Hand Clean 250

Any suggestions on workouts, meals, or techniques to lose fat will be helpful.

    Thanks in advance....

It is quite diff to do achieve both simultaneously.

By whichever you decide to focus on, you must fix your diet first. The sticky 'guide to..' is an excellent place to start.

You may slowly add fat poundage, but you'll put on size (albeit slowly) at a cleaner rate.
