At 20 weeks out you still have plenty of time so there is no need to get 'strict' on your diet yet with most people starting competition diets at 12-16 weeks out.
However, it depends on many things - your BF% at the moment, your experience level with cutting, your bodies responses to weight loss etc etc.
If you are new to competing then you will need more time and you might want to start to clean things up a bit. Similarly, if your BF% is high you will also need more time.
