My secret is to cook when I am NOT hungry and to cook 8 to10 at a time and then individually pack them for the week.

I put a small amount of oil and roasted pepper on half of them. The other half - I throw some Mrs. Dash on them and ONE PIECE of raw bacon - wrap i foil and bake/broil for 10 minutes. The bacon gives it a nice flavor.

    Have a great friday.

Costco has them individually wrapped but not pre-cooked. I've yet to find a pre-cooked chicken breast that doesn't taste like total shit
I train differently than most, my beef is with gravity the weights on the bar are just the medium...Thanks to Wall Street your slice of the American Pie has been reduced to a crumb.

I can fit nine or ten pieces of chicken on my grill at a time; that lasts me three days. But I'm a man's man, gimme my propane and some meats and poultry and I'll cook forever.

I usually by four bags with five breasts in them ( 20 in all) defrost them, sprinkle with thyme and let the health grill do it's thing.
