    My Diet

    Well - I've decided to cut and read quite a bit on it ( via the forums + magazines ) and I need a good diet. I don't have the means to really get the kind of diet I need ( I dont nor can do the grocery shopping and rarely get requested items ). So - beyond the obvious cutting out candy's, cokes, cakes, cookies ( unless a cheat day ) what should I try and eat? I'm gonna get 5 meals a day then move to 6 in 3 weeks ( summer time ). What should these 5 meals be mainly? Not food wise like specifics just - meal1. red meat meal2. salad that kind of thing. And should I implement meal replacement shakes?

    should look somthing like this
    1- eggs oats
    2- meat veges
    3- chix rice
    4- whey/sugar shake
    5- meat and veges

    er sumthin like that

    Well, I have mainly about how to split my callories and protein through out what foods, but not sure what order to throw it together in.
