Scales going wrong way

Not really a question here just a bitch and moan session. Scales are moving the wrong way on me, gained three pounds this week alone Course that's since I started lifting so maybe it's a good thing

scales dont mean nothin. go by the mirror and how your clothes fit.

Good point besides they don't show you bf % just what your overall weight is, thanks

Muscle weighs more than fat.

Not uncommon to gain the first few weeks, then see it drop. Don't stress it. Unless your pigging out on foods that aren't good for you and making it go the other direction.

ya its probably a good thing, since you stated that it has been going up since you started lifting...your gaining muscle, keep it up.
