    Chocolate + Soda

I know these things are probally both real bad for you but I am so used to eating chocolate and drinking soda. For the past 3 weeks I have been off any soda I have been a good boy drinking water instead. The hard part is the chocolate I have a chocolate snack once a day. What should I do?

If you don't care how much fat you gain, don't do anything. You can cut later and get rid of it. If you do care then you just have to stop, you will get used to not having it.

How much do you eat during the day? If your young and trying to gain and you have a fast metabolism(i.e. ihateschool or I) youll probably need to eat 3000 plus calories a day. So that chocolate bar wont matter now. But if your eating healthy youll be so full you wont even want it anymore.

All depends on you. Besides, if it's actual chocolate and not the general store bought bar, it's medicinal
