    you cant throw anything else together? not even a sandwich or something? because that is not exactly what we would call healthy, but you should get something in you so that your body does not go into a catabolic state.

    No oats, eggs, vegetables, fruits, legumes, tuna, chicken, other meat, grains, milk, cheese, nuts, bread??

    Nothing??

    The ONLY thing you have in your entire kitchen is this?





    Do you happen to have a cat or dog? Cause pet food would actually be better for you that that junk!

    if you must eat the pizza, i'd scrape all the cheese topping off and throw a can of tuna on top, serve with plenty of fresh salad, when i go to my Dads we always have pizza for lunch and thats what i do
