What is a good BF % for someone who is 23? What range should you be in to be healthy? For men and women?

    For general folk?
Technically, 'healthy' BF% for males should be about 12-15% and for females it 18-22%.... But in these times of gluttony in combination with sedentary lifestyles you would be happy with guys of 15-18% and females with 22-25%...

According to the online calculator, you are at 17.2%

There's another one that includes waist size (I would guess a better indicator than H/W)

    I am 185lbs at 6'3 with a 34" waist

    H/W calc is 10.3%
    Waist/Weight calc is 14.9%

So you see how it could differ.

Don't believe those crappy online calculators. It is basically impossible to calculate (with any accuracy) your BF from weight and height alone.

Girth measure (waist) doesn't really indicate much either.
