Ok, there it is. I'm about 125 lbs, 14%BF, and cutting for figure comp. Just changed my diet around to more of a 50/30/20, from 40/30/30. Any comments are appreciated.

Wow, is my diet that good that no one can make any suggestions? I hope so.

Eight weeks out that seems like too few calories, especially if you're already doing cardio.

Well, I just dropped it from about 1700 because I haven't made much progress in the last 2 weeks. And I am changing up my cardio a bit, doing some sprints 2 days a week, interval training on the elliptical 30 min 3 days a week, and walk/run the other 2 days. I was only doing 5 days of elliptical for 30 min before. Just trying to change things up a little to get things moving.

I'd keep calories the same, maybe up the cardio.
