Is this a good protein shake?

I've tryed Bannanas, with Ice Cream, and Milk for a sort of a protein shake. Is that good for me? Maybe Bannans, with Ice Cream, Milk, and some other fruits(like what?). What am I missing? By the way it's not bad to have ice cream once in a while is it?

The protein? This sounds more like a sugar shake. Are you cutting or bulking?

Okay how's this Bannanas,Strawberry's,Milk, and Whey Powder for a protein shake? I should eliminate the ice cream huh? Also what type of protein powders do you recommend? What items before in the shake I mentioned above has a lot of sugar beside the ice cream. Today and yesterday is the first time I've touched any Ice Cream in 4 months.

Everything...the ice cream, the bananas, & the milk...they all have sugar...you still haven't stated whether you're bulking or cutting (unless I missed it somewhere). It makes a difference in what to put in the shakes.

If you're bulking, the bananas & milk are fine, if you're cutting, strawberries & flax would be a better choice....both w/ protein of course.

With a shake like that you'll get to the"fatleepriest" pic really fast.It 's good that you're trying to figure out your own recipe ,but there are to many shakes on the market to worry with it.
    Protiens to try=Promax frm SPORTPHARMA
    Protien Plus frm METRX
NitroTech frm MuscleTech(just stay away from the strawberry:that stuff is NASTY!!)
