Did you read the sticky like everyone suggested in your last post about your diet?

If not, go back and read it and you will see where your diet needs improving.

protein bars are terrible for losing weight.

cereal is a poor carbohydrate to start the day.

Most cereals are poor carbs, anyways. Not all.

The stickies are a lot of info. You cant simply read it once and expect to get it. You will have to read it several times and understand it. As well as use them as a reference in the future.

The first step to sucessfully changing your body is knowledge. Only when you have adequate knowledge you can make the right decisions.

What part of the sticky dont you get?

start by keeping track of numbers(cals, fat, carbs, fiber, etc.)also be aware of the diff types of pro, carbs, fats, etc. so you know when and when not to eat certain things.you dont have to be anal about it but first establish what you are eating now and see where you can improve.

from the diet you posted it seems like you have a lot to learn about nutrition& and you need to do the research so you understand why your body responds to diff foods. if you take the time to learn about nutrition youll be much better off than following a sample meal plan that you read somewhere.

I probably have read those stickies 30 or more times. I go back and read them every once in awhile. They are great. You can also search around. Read peoples success stories.
