I'll be starting my cutting diet in about 1 month.
I currently use spice in a lot of my food such as cinnamon, oregano, onion powder, garlic powder, parsley, and cayenne pepper, black pepper. Can I still consume these when I cut or should my food be ABSOLUTELY clean? If you don't risk anything, you risk even more!

Thanks Jodie! I didn't think they would add anything substantial. I'd have to consume a whole lot at once for it to amount to anything. Just wanted to be sure.
Just a note, I attended a level 1 comp last night (as a spectator), which is the level I will be competing at. Compared to what I have been seeing at this level of comps, I'm going to do really well. I'm so excited! If you don't risk anything, you risk even more!

I'm from Toronto, Ontario. The stream that I'm competing in is organized by the Ontario Physique Assoc. There are 4 levels...
Level 1 - City Level 2 - Regional Level 3 - Provincial Level 4 - National I have to win a level 1 comp, then a level 2 and then I can compete in the CBBF (Canadian Body Building Federation) comps. I don't think I'll get to that point cuz I'm not willing to use "substances" to enhance my muscular development. I'd most likely have to stop at Regionals. I think there are some comps in Buffalo and Michigan that appear to have natural contestants. I'll cross that road when I come to it. I'm doing this for "fun". It gives me a goal to work towards. If you don't risk anything, you risk even more!
