around the chest area

Ive been cutting for a while now and I can't seem to get the flabby skin around the nipple area of my breasts to go away . Does diet take care of this? coca butter? or is the only answer surgery?

some need to get down to low single digit body fat to get rid of stubborn fat deposits. I wouldn't even think about surgery unless you are down to 6-7% body fat

Dumbest statement made in the Anabolic Zone for Nov

Try saying that in a run-on sentence.

That was the first place I gained weight, and it's the last place I'm losing it. You'll lose it, hang in there.

Hey busyLivin... any other pics, other than what is in your gallery? By the looks of the one pic in there, looks like you have made quite a large amount of progress over the last couple years.

im pretty sure its only done by surgery, i mean the nipple is positioned perpendicular to my body ...means its 6 o'clock on the clock when i flex , and i see that its the skin thats hanging left and forcing the nipple to turn that way.

In that case you might look into some of the topical fat loss products out there...Ergopharm's Skulpt or one of Avant's Lipoderms. Neither will take the place of a good diet but provided your food intake is appropriate for cutting they will help target the chest area.
