Going from a cut back to a bulk...obvious changes?

What should I change? Im doing a medium to low carb diet now, lots of protein, little or no sugars, 5 meals a day 1 gallon+ of water per day. I posted my complete diet a couple of months back but I didnt bother to go back and search for it, but it was a pretty well balanced diet for cutting according to Emma Leigh...and it has worked out pretty well. I have dropped about 5 percent bf in 2 months...about 20lbs so far and have about 3 weeks left. Im thinking the obvious changes would be increased calories, but which type? Anything I should add? Any ideas will help. Thanks

Personally, I would slowly add mostly carbs (and fats if they are also low) and come back up to maintainence for ~2 weeks to let your body recover.

There are things like fruits (+/- skim dairy) which would be obvious things you could add. Maybe more starchy things like legumes and grains as well.

Thanks E. L., nothing personal to anyone else but YOU were the one I was hoping would respond to my post. Sounds like I have the right idea so far. Thank again.
