maybe you could work out during your english class. from your grammar it looks as if you already skip english anyways.

Just eat clean, key thing at our age is to eat the right foods and you'll stay pretty lean. Healthy foods are much less calorie dense and more filling. Read the stickies.

i was a fattie in hs too..lol...i know for young people its real hard to stay motivated in the diet and gym dept...so much stuff goin on...i guess the main thing u gotta do is really learn to eat properly..i mean really learn it...next..get some personal training sessions in...at my golds gym everyone gets 3 free sessions...also...gotta do some cardio man....at least 30 to and hour everyday or every other day...and remember it takes time...its a bout consistency..takes months at least...so stick to it...it will pay off

yea man im 18 right now but i was about your weight 2 years ago too. If at THE VERY LEAST just cut out the small stuff. Drink water or juice instead of soda, eat more SMALL meals a day rather than 3 large ones. And as far as the cardio.....its gotta be done man. I bet you hate cardio....hell i know i did. just try around the block a few times, then when you get comfortable with that run alittle farther and just work your way up until you can easily run 45-60 minutes of cardio. But yea it really just is time, patience, and self control. Dont eat that extra taco, dont "treat" yourslef more than once a week. Cutt out (or at least limit) the little things like maynoise and cheese, whole milk, and those burritos. I dont even think thats real meat in there man! At school i just stick to a chicken sandwhich (but hell i dunno if its even real chicken) with some veggies. Just enough to get me through school. Its hard...but possibe. Alot of that stuff you eat you can do w/o. That and as far as the big arms yea just weightlift concentrating with the benchpress, curls, and other machines and excercises that work your upper body. Dont give up man and good luck!

It wasn't that hard to get motivated for me. It was very easy actually.

eat foods in their natural state. there is a big difference between eating a potato as is or one that has been cut up n fried with a ton of artificial flavorings n crap added. that difference is what is coming between everyone and their calvins.

brown rice, grilled chicken, sweet potato, oatmeal... all good.

they analyzed school lunches here a while back n out of 1 month almost 90% of the meals were extremely high in cholesteral, bag your lunch. a lot of guys post what they eat on here.
