weird post about food
OK, ive finally been able to eat clean for a month straight
. BUT, the funny thing is, i eat .5 to 1 cup of beans, a 6 oz piece of poultry or meat, and a cup of brown rice, and some nuts,broccoli, and im hungry again 10 minutes later. i am bulking up, not cutting.(thats considered alot of food for me)anyway, the reason why i think im getting hungry is because i dont enjoy clean food. . but i do know its good for me. i think the reason i begin to feel hungry again is psychological, and that i did not enjoy my meal. i mean, theres no way my insulin can spike, i combined proteins, fats, and low GI carbs, and veggies.can anyone relate to this or i am i going crazy? |

wow i've never had to limit myself when bulking. It's completely the opposite, I say "please no more food!"

well im 5'4 170. my abs arent visible, but muscular wise, yes i am skinny. id be eating food good for my health anyway

eating slower may also help...It is beleive that the brain requires like 20 minutes form the start of one's meal before it "triggers" a full or satisfied feeling...just a thought.

Just fill up on water. after your eating. I do that all the time during cutting. It sort of helps and you get your much needed water.
