How much food ?
I am 160lbs and read somewhere here that I should be getting close to 300g protein daily, also 100g of fat, can't remember how much carbs. I work doing odd manual labouring jobs, Aikido 4 X 2 hours a week, calisthenics and weights.
I've been lifting weight since May '84 but still much the thinman. |

With the amound of calories that you are probably burning up in your job and with the Aikido, I would suggest that you need to take in more than the average amount of carbs per day. Otherwise gains could be difficult!!
