Boost Plus
I work in a kitchen at a nursing home, since the food there is god awful, i usually during a 8 hour shift will drink 2 Boost Plus, one in the morning and one before i leave. Each is 8fl oz, and has 360 calories, 14g of protein, 14g of fat, 45g total Carbohydrate. I was wondering if this was a sufficient replacement of a meal? thanks
