Weight? Height? Age? BF%? Training? Any ACTUAL information that will help determine if what you are eating is enough for your requirements??

However, unless you are pretty small it is not a lot of food (although you do not include quanitites for some of your meals I guestimate it would not be over ~1100-1200 cals)...

meal 1
1/2 cup oats
1 apple
Add protein (eg: anything like 1% cottage cheese, egg/egg-whites, whey, yoghurt/milk etc) and fats (eg: fish oils, walnuts, linseeds, 1 yolk etc).

A pretty good meal. Can't comment on if the quantities are ok for you.

Good meal - once again, can't comment on quantities.

I would add vegetables to this meal.

Add fats to this meal.

Also - where is your PWO meal??

I'm 32, 5,4 and 132 pounds, I had a baby 3 month ago and I need to lower my body fat.
My PW meal is 1 scoop protein + half banana.
