wha do u think of this homemade fried rice
anyways...i love fried rice but comin from a chinese restaurant is just tooo greasy...so tonite i mixed about tablespoon of veg oil, tablespoon of sesame oil..little low sodium soy sauce and one whole egg, some chicken strips i cut off a breast, and rice of course..tastes great....but could this meal even be considred clean???
what bout adding some egg whites and more chicken? would that make it more acceptable??? |

why the oil? I would have just used a non-sticking spray such as pam or at the very least, use olive oil. Also, I hope that was brown rice and low sodium soy sauce. I make fried rice all the time but I skip the oil and use lite soy sauce.
