What foods should i eat to get live enzymes? I heard they were like all enzymie, and good. The only problem is that I'm too lazy to cook.

You mean like what they talk about with the 'raw food diets'??

Because that would be 'raw food'... (Specifically fruits, vegetables, nuts/seeds etc)

If you are then you could try these links:

Emma is right - raw fruits, veggies and grains and nuts Sprouted grain breads are a good choice too.

Too lazy to cook and raw foods what a perfect match.
