Pasta?

How good is pasta for you when you are training?

If it is good what types can you have? or what types do you recommend?

Try to stay away from the instant pasta stuff that you throw in the microwave, they have a lot of crap in them. And yes pasta is a good source of carbs when you are training depending on whether u are bulking or cutting.

whole wheat pasta but it tastes like crap. If your bulking and you don't care if it's a
real clean bulk I would say it's not too bad. Lots of worse things you can eat.

Make sure its wholewheat.
If it tastes bad, go out get some "fake" cheese like The good slice or something and you can it it to make something like maccaroni and cheese. Very good and only adds 2 grams of unsaturated fat, and like 3 grams of protein as well.
