My problem is i like the tast of tuna but not on its own, like to disguise the fact that im eating fish as the thought makes me cringe....! i just have to have something mixed in like mayonaise or salad cream? i know mayonaise is REALLY bad but what about salad cream? Anyone know what other healthy alternatives i could have with it????

Just had some with fat free yogurt, lemon pepper, diced onion and bread&butter pickles on lightly toasted whole grain taro rolls. They are like cute little white castle sized tuna sandwiches I eat them all the time.

Yes, i wish God was a bodybuilder but you can get a lot of good healthy recipes on this web site( well if you have the time to prepare it) . Taste reasonably good but still healthy. Happy training guys!!

My cousin was a bodybuilder in the 80's, he would put tuna in the blender with his protein shake, and mix it up ......I almost puked the first time I watched him drink that nasty crap.

Obstacles don't have to stop you. If you run into a wall, don't turn around and give up. Figure out how to climb it, go through it, or work around it.

Light Tuna in water is not as bad as the whole tuna. It's thinner and goes down easier. Swig some diet iced tea that has lemon and the after taste is almost not noticeable.

Try some buffalo meat! It is good source of protein and very lean.

Yeah all wild game is pretty lean. I love some venison and i've had elk a few times...good but have to cook it right or it will be dry as hell.

Beef Jerky or steak bites are good, watch out for the sodium though

know what you mean. you should try the starkist low sodium albacore tuna in water. its expensive (2 bucks a can) but doesnt smell or taste fishy at all. you can eat raw right out of the can with some rice cakes yum yum
