OK, I'm on a cut right now and here is my diet.
I haven't done all of the math yet so I don't know
exactly what my PCF ratio is but I would like to

1/2 cup of low fat

Meal #3
8 oz. chicken breast

This is to cut up and look gorgeous.

If you have any suggestions, be as honest
and blunt as possible. I don't want to waste
my time with a diet that won't work.

I learned the hard way when I was bulking up;
I ate all kinds of simple carbs like pasta and
potatoes and wound up with a layer of marshmellows
around my waist.

I would ad atleast an apple to meal 4. Try and toss some brown rice and or
oats in the mix instead of the 1 slice wholewheat.

otherwise looks pretty decent for a cut. Throw in some fish caps and more water in your shakes those things must be like tooth paste

other than that you seem to have it down.

I do the whipping cream because it takes care of my
fats and is very low in sugar, some brands have 0 grams
per tbs.

I used to be all about skim, but if you look at the sugar,
it all adds up.

By the way, I meant to say low fat cottage cheese in meal #2.

Personally it has a few things I would not do:
1. I don't like whipping cream as a source of fats. I stick to mono and poly-unsaturated fat sources like fish oils, nuts/seeds (esp walnuts and linseeds), olive oil and avocado. Too much saturated fat is unhealthy.

2. Too much omega-6 fats with no omega-3 fats (that is, too much Peanut butter without fish oils)

3. Not enough vegetables

4. No fruits (despite what people think fruit is good)

Another few things in particular meals:
Quote:
Meal #3
8 oz. chicken breast
1/2 cup of mixed vegetables
1 slice of whole wheat bread
You probably do not need 8 oz of chicken in one sitting (that is 60-65g protein and it is a tad too much).

I would also dump the bread for a better carb source (you already have one serve of processed carbs with your pita - so something like legumes or whole grains would be better).

Quote:
Meal #4
1 can of tuna
1 oz. of unsalted almonds
Add vegetables to this meal if you can.

Quote:
Meal #5
8 oz. chicken breast
1/2 cup of mixed vegetables
1 slice of whole wheat bread
Once again, dump the bread. You are probably better off putting some of these carbs into your first meal of the day too. If you are going to limit your carbs try to bracket those you do have early in the morning and around your workouts. These are the times when they are best used for your muscles.

Is it good fat though?

And it seems like alot bread for a cut.

Your macros are pretty good though.
