I use to drink 1 -1/2 gallon a day
any truth to it when they say to much water isnt good for you ? messes with your digestion or something ?

breathing gives u cancer....living gives u cancer...if ur constantly worrying bout getting cancer frum one thing or another, u'll be too paranoid to live ur life to its fullest...jus relax and make the most of ur time.

I don't care if I die at 50 as long as I was happy until that point; dying at 100 having been so cautious all of my life I couldn't enjoy it... no thanks.

Yea, but eating healthy and exercising will most likely make you feel and look your best no matter if you live to 50 or 100.
