No Whey

Im out of Whey right now and I wont be able to get another canister till tomorrow or something. I just worked out tonight and finished my PW Carbs but all I have for protein are these low carb drinks my mom bought made with (soy isolate, whey conc., and calcium caseinate). They have like 15 grams of protein and 3 frams of fat. Im finishing one off right now. This shouldnt have abig affect on my gains should it?

(P.S. Anyone had the new Cookies and Cream flavored whey from ON)

I would disagree, whey protein is ideal post work-out because of it's high rate of digestion/absorption.

As far as being out of whey for a few days, no big deal, I think you will be okay. I would recommend egg whites post work-out.

don't sweat it at all, one or two days without whey post w/o won't do anything.

DO NOT get the cookies & Cream whey form ON! It tastes like metal, I'm not kidding either. I can put up with a lot of things, but that flavor made me gag
