hi and low carb days during a cut

think this would work better than a overall equal carb protein diet?

Depends on a few things like your BF%, your average calorie intake, your insulin sensitivity...

If you want to read about a good carbohydrate cycling diet then read Twin Peaks article.

I've been doing Carb Cycling (Not TP's specifically) for about 1 month now will great results. The general philosophy behind the program is very good IMO. Personally, I want to try UD 2.0 next. Where can I buy it?

YEs I do.

Have a high carb 3 hour window periodically for best results.

That will take you to Lyle's site. You can buy the book there.
